Ordained Before Birth. Discovered at 17.
Prophet, strategist and broadcaster. The story behind Encounter Church, the Prophetic Institute and a mandate now reaching millions across the globe.
The Beginning
An encounter that marked everything after it
Ordained as a prophet before birth and discovered at the mere age of seventeen — that was the moment Leon du Preez was saved and delivered through an encounter with Jesus Christ. He became a living example of the supernatural power of God imparted to him in that encounter.
As the founder of one of the fastest-growing churches in South Africa, his ministry has become a household name within the Body of Christ. His mantle and role as a Prophet have been recognised as a divine gift and endorsed by senior leaders, ministers and prophets.
Today his God-given mandate reaches millions across the globe as he imparts a prophetic mantle to this generation.
